I want to try reinstalling the software but cannot find the link on your website or on which is where my stock PC drivers and software are located. On the top left of the software the power indicator is glowing for on so I have no idea why it is no longer working. Also when I first got my PC "Spectral Visual" would fluctuate but now the box is empty. When I originally got my laptop I was able to edit sound settings using the "intelligent equalizer" and "profiles" found on the Home Theater software but now when I change those settings no difference occurs. My laptop came with the Dolby Home Theater v4 software but it was removed when refreshed my PC, I re-downloaded it but it is not working properly and I am not sure why.
I am trying to Re-Download Dolby Home Theater v4 software for Alienware laptop with Dolby Digital Plus sound card.
